Conference Details

October 6, 2023

Venue

The Pelican Watch Pavilion is located at Folly Beach County Park at Folly Beach, SC (near Charleston, SC).  Hearts and spirits can’t help but expand and open in this setting—panoramic views of both the ocean and marsh, along with fresh ocean air, provide deep nourishment on every level.  The building is open to the ocean air, without walls, so be sure to dress for the weather and for your comfort, wearing layers, if needed. In the event of rain, enclosure panels will be provided by the park.

Who Should Attend

If you are an individual with autism, a family member or community member, or a professional and you sense there is much more to autism than the ‘symptoms’—come dive with us into the heart of autism, and experience for yourself how awakening through autism can take you straight into your own heart.

Accommodations

We aim for the conference to be inclusive and accessible for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities.

  • To be respectful of those with allergies and environmental sensitivities, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong fragrances.

  • We ask that participants please be mindful of the noise and volume of voices in order to be respectful of those with sound sensitivities.

A Conference with a Cause
